How to proceed ?
1. You email me or phone me
2. after an initial contact, you will choose your menu. I can guide you with this.
3. I will give you a quote.
4. You pay a deposit
5. We stay in touch until your party, even if it is in 1 year!
6. I can give you references from former clients
7. I can do a little cooking demo to taste your menu

What does the service include?
1. sourcing the products
2. my service
3. depending on the size: a sous-chef, waiters
3. travel expenses
4. preparing and serving the meal
5. setting the tables
6. helping recommend the wine
7. supplying the crockery,glasses, cutlery, tables clothes…
8. supplying the kitchen equipments from small to big, inclusive of oven, fridge, cooker
9. cleaning the kitchen

Just to give you an example, with my team I have catered for weddings as big as 130 guests at the Shooting Lodge near Winchester, at the Tithe Barne near Petersfield, and one further away in Lincolnshire.
