The philosophy of FRENCH HARMONY CUISINE is about discovering the tastes and senses, while respecting the products given by the earth, around a table in HARMONY. BonjourI grew up on a farm in Normandy. As a result, I feel I have a good knowledge of the farm products. From a very early stage, I was entrusted with preparing family meals. This prompted me to undertake an apprenticeship in cooking. Coming to Britain represented a new challenge for me. My aim was to add an international touch to the French cuisine. I am a professional French chef with 17 years’ experience. After working in restaurants in France and in England, I decided to embark on a new adventure 3 years ago: to be a personal chef. I enjoy introducing customers to new products or new ways of appreciating some old favourites. I would like to share this experience with you and to organise a warm and friendly meal in HARMONY.
